My wife and I have worked with Bruce when we bought our townhouse at 116 Fife Lane and then a second time 7 years later when we sold the same house. Bruce is very easy to work with and his follow-up is second to none. We met with him to sell and he gave us very good information on how to prepare our house to be ready for selling. He had a photographer take 30 pictures inside and out of our townhouse and this was a great selling tool. These pictures created much traffic to our house and several neighbors commented on the amount of traffic that was created. During the two days the house was for sale he maintained the house to always look clean and tidy. I believe he did a great job marketing our house and it sold in just two days and we had seven offers, all being well above the asking price. He also maintained a great relationship with the new buyer working through their realtor. He gave us positive steps in finalizing the closing and made the transition go very smoothly.
